39/365, February 8, 2009The 9th-annual Polar Plunge took place today at Charlotte Beach. The air temp was 35 degrees and the water temp was 34 degrees.
About 1,300 people dashed into the icy water and netted approx. $200K in donations. The guy with his arms up, with plaid shorts, is our friend Bill Ryan. Dan's assistant hockey coach also participated.
